One of the biggest PC performance rig companies is going to be sponsoring one of the biggest UK video game events, and what is there not to love about this?
My Alienware sees more use than a buffet’s bathroom stalls, I love this thing to death and couldn’t be happier, so you can imagine how I felt when I heard that Eurogamer is going to proudly be announcing its new partnership with the award-winning gaming PC brand, and will be the headliner sponsor of Eurogamer Expo 2011.
A common misconception is that this brand is completely bought out by dell, but dell only helps manufacture the parts, wading through all the bullshit that is Dell Alienware still has its own personal customer support line and if you get an Alienware, hold on to that number for dear life and bypass the idiots at dell. Trust me on this, you’ll thank me later.
Anyway, the point being Alienware will be providing the gaming rigs you will be using to play some of the biggest upcoming PC titles such as Star Wars: The Old Republic and Guild Wars 2, both of which I’m looking forward too.
This year the bigger-than-ever event will give 30,000 gamers the chance to play this years biggest releases ahead of march, and with style.
Eurogamer Expo is the UK’s biggest and best video games event, and will be held at Earls Court from September 22nd through the 25th.
Tickets are selling out quickly and you can pick yours up via the Eurogamer Expo Website.
