There’s been a lot of play on words recently, and beating around the bush. It’s time to cut to the chase, and so they did with David Silverman’s recent announcement, is there more Mass Effect?
BioWare’s own marketing director David Silverman has recently ended the speculation and the wordplay that’s been floating around, and there will be more Mass Effect in the future, even after Mass Effect 3.
“You can definitely expect us to expand the series beyond [Mass Effect 3],” Silverman said in the latest episode of EA’s PWNED web series.
“Whether it’s other games, other platforms, things like that, we really feel like we have something special here with Mass Effect and there’s plenty more stories to tell.”
“This is not the last of of Mass Effect.”
And only just a month ago did BioWare’s co-founder Ray Muzyka said that they do have “a desire to continue the Mass Effect franchise,” although Silverman’s phrasing is as clear as the studio has gotten on the matter yet, and fans everywhere are excited.
