Sonic Generations has been all the talk between Sonic fans both old and new, and finally we’ve got some screenshots of the Chemical Plant Zone, and a bit more! Check it out!
Sonic the hedgehog is a classic that will never really go away, being a fan myself when it comes to games I don’t really care for I just kind of pretend that Sonic isn’t in it, however no matter how many games they release I get excited to see what they could possibly come up with next, and hoping it only gets better. Finally with Sonic Generations they’re bringing back old school in a whole new way. Famitsu awhile back had unveiled the look of the Chemical Plant Zone fans have been raging for better screenshots, including myself. Today, is that lucky day as Sega’s Flickr stream finally produced these gorgeous screenshots.
Ontop of the Chemical Plant Zone you’ll notice some screenshost of Metal Sonic getting ready for battle versus the blue blur himself, and no giant monster form in sight, either. And are you asking what I’m asking? Well the answer is yes, that is the background of the Stardust Speedway Zone, tainted by the mad villain Eggman in the bad future. So, let the arguments about the theme commence!
Not to mention we will also be able to see Miles “Tails” Prower in a way that we haven’t seen since 1997, in his fully classical form. Do you know how disappointed I was back in the day when I found out Tails was a boy? I thought he was a very pretty looking boy too…
Last but of course not least we will note that Sega has released a video celebrating the 20th anniversary, though it pretty much only features clips from previous games we’ve already played jazzed up with some pretty colors and high tech graphics zooming around it, none the less it is entertaining enough to watch. Though they did put in Sonic CD, and Secret Rings and failed to put in certain titles such as Sonic 3D: Flickies Island and Black Knight.
Not to mention the new and finally set up sonicthehedgehog.com being a fairly new site, there is a few downloads of wallpapers and if you take a look at the games it opens up with a new, extremely dynamic way to explore thing about the games including music, screens, and a bunch more.
