Black Seas Studios presents Knights of Honor for all the strategic game lovers, who also love medieval games, and just so they have your attention it is both a turn based version and a real time version, and the dynamics of combining these two types creates a brand new twist on an old classic. Through a series of choices combined with skilled game play the player shall rise through the ages and become the leading Emperor of Europe. Along the way there are going to be some challenges for you, get ready.

Concept
Knights of Honor is a real time strategy game that has the player establish a kingdom in the middle ages. The goal for the player is to create their own kingdom complete with trading, and all the bells and whistles that went along with one, and to establish them self as being the Emperor of Europe by the end of the game. Now the way to do this is of course laid out for you in a series of tasks you must accomplish, and in a series of strengths you must develop in your kingdom. The basics of the game plays along like a turn based strategy game, but the battles you will encounter will be very much played out as real time strategy.

Graphics
The look and feel of the game is actually quite stimulating, and enjoyable. You can relate to the drawings that you are seeing, and they fit perfectly into the way the game is designed to be played out.

Sound
The soundtrack is quite entertaining, and you will not want to mute the sounds to stop some annoying noise. You want to keep your sounds and relish in the way they enhance the game.

Playability
Knights of Honor is a strategy game, and generally we would tell you that there is no real challenge to playing these types of games if you are just considering skill. Knights of Honor will take some playing before the new player becomes comfortable with the game, the controls, and the strategic concept.

Entertainment
Knights of Honor is entertaining, and at times it is enchanting. This time period is a beloved era when there were beautiful castles, peaceful landscapes, and of course knights, and duchesses, and ladies in waiting. You will find yourself becoming fond of your kingdom in just a short time, and you will not know what is more important to you, finishing a designed quest, or creating the kingdom of your dreams.

Replay Value
The replay value for Knights of Honor is actually better than most games of this genre, usually strategy games are played through one time and then the player does not generally play the game again. This game is a little different in the fact that there are so many different options the player has that create different scenarios to happen within the confines of the game. We would say that if you like this particular style of game a good deal then you will find that you will want to play this one more than once.
