The majority of games like this one show you stars, in the distant background, you see asteroids, or you try to shoot the asteroids down before they collide with the planet you live on. Solar 2 is not like the majority of games, actually it is exactly opposite of the majority of games, because Solar 2 will have you be these objects you are so accustomed to seeing. You will be given bizarre tasks to perform in order for you to prove that you are the God like controller of everything. If you choose to not attempt the tasks you can simply see how large you can grow.
Concept
The general idea behind the creation of this game, and the way it is played, is unique, and original. Like we said before you are not shooting an asteroid out of the sky, you are the asteroid in the sky. In order for you to grow you need to consume every other asteroid around you, and when you have consumed enough of the other asteroids you will become a black hole.
While you are attempting to grow as big as you can you will find that there are a lot of side games included that allow the player to take a break from the main goal. You can run through the game in just a little more than an hour, but playing this speedy way takes a lot of the experience away from you. Take your time with the game and devour asteroids, and other solar systems, as you float through space, growing larger, with each thing that you consume.
Graphics
Once you download the game, you will find that the graphics are surprisingly good, and you will discover that although you are floating about as a solar system, there is danger in the form of solar systems that are inhabited, and they have gunships that can shoot at you.
Sound
The soundtrack will not disappoint you at all when you are playing. This is not the most captivating musical scores you ever heard, but they certainly fit into the spirit and style of the game.
Playability
It will matter little if you are an expert game player, or you are just starting to explore the gaming world, this game will provide fun play times for everyone.
Entertainment
At first I was convinced that this game would be ridiculous, and an absolute waste of my game playing time, but I was proven wrong in that assumption. Do not assume you know what it will be like to play this game, and do not assume that you will be bored, or uninterested. You have to try this game before you can know the truth about it.
Replay Value
The game does have some good replay value, and you will be pleasantly surprised to discover that you want to revisit the entire game, and try to do things differently, in order to create a different outcome.
